Apartment

I named this studio Paganini  after the world famous 18th century violinist Niccolò Paganini, who has been a guest of a nobel family in this property for several months during his short but intense life.

This is a 20qm. studio with Kitchenette on the 1st floor of this historical building located in Via S. Frediano, just beside the ononimous Church S. Frediano, inside the walls of Lucca.

This is my onw property and I have totally renovated it recently. The kitchenette has everything you need to cook a proper meal, and the bed ican be lifted to store your suitcases underneath. The bathroom has an ample shower and a big window for areation.

The windows faces a small back courtyard with no one looking at you, therefore you will have total privacy and tranquillity.

On the other hand, when you walk out of the main door on the street, you will be suddenly in the middle of the historical center, with restaurants, bars and shops of all kind.

This is a prime location, being only 2 steps away from the main shopping street Via Fillungo, Piazza Anfiteatro and the ramp to go up the city walls.

Free Parking can be found just outside the walls in Via Delle Tagliate about 400m from the studio.  The nearest parking is situated in Piazza S. Maria ( inside the walls)  at € 1 per hour from 8:00am to 8:00pm . A small supermarket is just a few steps away in Piazza S. Frediano.

Amenities:  Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, toaster, kettle, microwave, iron, iron board, bidè, TV, hairdryer, baby coat, highchair.

Terms:

  • local taxes € 2.50 per adult per night per 3 nights in total
  • Check-in: 15:00 Check-out: 11:00
  • No smoking
  • Price per month in winter, November to April, € 650 with bills included
  • Damage deposit € 200 for eventual damages to the apartment, to be payed to the owner on the day of arrival in cash, and to be returned to the client before departure after the property 's inspection
  • Reservation deposit of 20% of the total payable by bank transfer or PayPal. Balance due on arrival in cash or prior arrival with bank transfer.
  • Cancellation policy: Free cancellation before 30 days
